Personal details such as name, email address. This is so we can contact you and to authenticate you signing in and out of our service.

IP address and time of site visits. This is standard practice to aid in the running of our servers in case of a fault.

 

Your height, weight, age, and information about your fitness levels and diet. This is so we can provide you with the correct program for your needs.

Activity photos and videos. This is so we can accurately assess how the training is affecting you and provide you with the best service possible. Occasionally photos, videos, and quantifiable achievements such as weight changes and marker improvements or successful habit implementation may be highlighted publicly to celebrate success and provide incoming athletes with an idea of what to expect and what is possible, you can opt-out of this at any time.

Third Parties

We will share limited data with our mobile app provider and google analytics. However, we do not store or process your payment details, this is done separately by our payment processing merchant. We will never sell your data.

TERM OF data

We will store your data until you tell us not to in order to provide you with the best possible service. For example returning customers are often keen to reprise previous training protocols, successes and assessments.
