As we age, we go through different phases of physical development called Windows of Development. This refers to the elements of athleticism that show a greater rate of improvement based on the athlete’s age. We apply age appropriate principles and dosages to those elements, enhancing the raw ingredients that ultimately allow a youth athlete to reach greater performance capabilities when applied alongside their skills training with a sport coach.

 

Our coaching programs are always designed to ensure each athlete receives top quality training without ever compromising their safety or well-being.

MIXED group training

Our youth group training offers a smaller class session, with no more than 6 athletes to a group. This allows for exceptional quality in training while still giving opportunity for friendly competitiveness and comradery among athletes.

  • 90-minutes of specialized training

  • $60 per session

  • Small groups, no more than 6 athletes

  • For athletes under 18 years of age

Our youth 1-on-1 training offers a focused session for a single athlete. This type of training is especially effective for non-team sports athletes, as well as those who want to have a hyper-tailored experience.

  • 60-minutes of personalized training

  • $80 per session

  • Private setting, Semi-Private (2 athletes) available upon request

  • For athletes under 18 years of age
